AIR REQUIREMENTS
One of the most important benefits of the IBL Mini (besides it’s price) is that it is designed to function using plant air supply. Most factories only have compressors that generate 7 bar and an air volume of 500 to 3000 liter/min available which for most cleaning jobs with the IBLmini should be sufficient to achieve the desired result.

ALMOST NO NOISE
Being able to dry ice blast in an area where other people are working can be done with an IBLmini. Operating at sound levels as low as 75 dB makes it possible to work even without hearing protection.

NOZZLES AND BLAST HOSE
The standard 4 and 5 mm aluminum nozzles are machined for low air flow and together with the lightweight 5 meter ½ inch blast hose, the operator has an easy to handle set-up.

To achieve the optimum cleaning performance for air consumption under 1000 L/min, then the flat 3 mm nozzle should be used and the dry ice pellet size should be 2,2 mm or smaller.

If using the 3 mm industry standard dry ice pellets then the 4 or 5 mm nozzle can be used.

CONTROL
Dry ice consumption can be regulated from 10 to 30 kgs/hour and the blast pressure can be adjusted between 2 to 12 bar.

EASY TO TRANSPORT, MANEUVER AND STORE
Weighing only 32 kgs and dimensions of 550x480x895 mm the machine can easily be lifted into a car or stored on a shelf. Equipped with wheels and holder for the blast hose, rolling it to the point of use is an effortless task.

Con un IBLmini se puede realizar una limpieza con hielo seco en un área donde otras personas están trabajando. Operar a niveles de sonido tan bajos como 75 dB, permite trabajar incluso sin protección auditiva.

BOQUILLAS Y MANGUERA
Las boquillas planas de aluminio estándar de 4 y 5 mm están mecanizadas para un flujo de aire bajo y, junto con la manguera de chorro ligera de 5 metros y ½ pulgada, el operador tiene una configuración fácil de manejar.

Para lograr un rendimiento de limpieza óptimo para un consumo de aire inferior a 1000 l/min, se debe utilizar la boquilla plana de 3 mm y el tamaño de los gránulos de hielo seco debe ser de 2,2 mm o menos.

Si se utilizan gránulos de hielo seco estándar de la industria de 3 mm, se debe utilizar la boquilla plana de 4 mm.

CONTROL
El consumo de hielo seco se puede regular de 10 a 30 kg/hora y la presión de chorro se puede ajustar entre 2 y 12 bar.

FACIL DE TRANSPORTAR, MANIOBRAR Y ALMACENAR
Con un peso de solo 32 kg y unas dimensiones de 550x480x895 mm, la máquina puede transportarse fácilmente a un automóvil o almacenarse en un estante. Equipado con ruedas y soporte para la manguera de chorro, llevarlo al punto de uso es una tarea sin esfuerzo.
