The IBL3000 was developed in close collaboration with a customer who had specific requirements for operating a dry ice cleaning machine in a challenging environment.
Compact size and simplicity, combined with strength and durability, were the key factors. With an overall width of just 400 mm, the machine can easily be moved through and around narrow spaces, especially between machines in production areas.
This allows the operator to get closer to the cleaning point and therefore work with shorter blasting hoses, resulting in better cleaning performance.

Being narrower does not mean having a small dry ice hopper. The IBL3000 holds more than 25 kg of dry ice, which for most applications provides more than 30 minutes of operation before refilling is required.
Operating and moving equipment in confined spaces also increases the risk of damage to the machine. That is why we designed the machine so that components do not protrude unnecessarily, reducing the risk of breakage, while all components are protected behind the handles at the rear of the machine.
