Are you an ambitious international sales professional with a strong technical mindset?
Do you want to drive growth in the rapidly expanding market for dry ice cleaning and dry ice production equipment across South East Asia and India?
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to take full ownership of Indonesia and India, developing both distributor networks and key accounts from a Bangkok base.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Coach, support, and develop distributors and dealers
- Drive direct sales to Key Accounts across industrial segments
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Plan, organize, and participate in relevant trade shows and exhibitions
- Execute market strategies and deliver on ambitious sales targets
Your Profile
- Proven experience in international B2B sales
- Strong technical understanding – ideally within industrial equipment or machinery
- Experience managing distributors and channel partners
- Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented
- Comfortable with approximately 100 travel days per year
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience in industrial cleaning technology, production equipment, or related technical industries is a strong advantage.
